What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days from the day the order was received.

We do not issue cash refunds.

Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with returns label still attached can be exchanged.

Sale,discounted (using coupon code) and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.

We do not accept complaints without video proof.

We kindly recommend you to record a clear video before opening the package for claims, returns or exchanges- in case you received faulty goods.

For exchanges and returns, our team will issue after you filled the return form, sent back the item(s), and our warehouse team has received the return.

Please allow up to 24 hours after the warehouse team has received the item.
